RETURN POLICY
- If the item received does not meet your expectations and has not been worn, you have 10 days, from date of shipping, to:
- Notify us (by phone or e-mail)
- Return of the item intact.
- Choose another item of equal value.
- No refund will be authorized without the prior arrangement.
- Refund will be completed upon reception of the unworn article.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged on the amount of the bill.
- Shipping charges for the returned merchandise is the buyer’s responsibility.

- Unless otherwise specified. shipping is carried out by regular mail-Canada Post.
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- USA: 7 to 14 business days
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days (unsecured)
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holidays.
- All shipments are insured.
- The tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
- Delivery will be made at the address mentioned on your order.
- No delivery will be made to a Post Office Box number.

- FREE shipping for orders over $75 CAD.
- Flat rate of $10 CAD for orders less than $75 CAD.
OTHER DESTINATIONS
- FREE shipping for orders over $200 CAD.
- Flat rate of $20 CAD for orders less than $200 CAD.
DUTIES and/or TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any/all taxes, duties, VAT, handling fees, import taxes and/or any additional fees imposed by their own country.
The recipient of the merchandise/buyer might be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.
